6Ceremony must-knows

  • Non-religious. No prayers.
  • Processional: line up downstairs, walk out in pairs, no double-backs, go slow.
  • Siblings escort the grandparents. Both sets of parents walk Brady. Morgan's dad walks her.
  • Music: "Romantic Flight" for everyone else; wedding version of "Test Drive" for Morgan.
  • Opening photo: right after the walk down the aisle, before anyone speaks, all guests turn and look up at Riah on the balcony for one massive group photo.
  • Unity moment: "dink and sink" the mini-donut (no candle).
  • Vows: both wrote their own.
  • Honor Grandma Sharon (arrangement per Papa Tom).
  • Rows of ~10 chairs each side of the aisle. Indoor (ballroom fireplace) vs. outdoor (1st tee box) is a day-of call.

8Bar & food

  • The Teton = signature Old Fashioned. The Willow = Azalea (vodka, lemonade, grenadine).
  • Life-size Willow & Teton cat cutouts are the drink menus.
  • 9:30 PM: mac & cheese bar, chicken, pizza. Bar switches to beer & wine only.

9Setup & logistics

  • Live painter (Korianne) needs a 5×5 ft area + outlet, near the windows, opposite corner from the DJ. She arrives before the 1:25 first look for reference photos. Guests can chat with her while she paints.
  • Valet from 3:30 PM. Shuttle hotel ↔ venue starts 3:30 PM.
  • Uber voucher QR is on the program. Code RDFWKFEBEMD · r.uber.com/RDFWKFEBEMD
  • Hotel: check-in 3 PM. Block is full (watch for openings). Free hot breakfast Sun 7–10 AM.
  • Brady & Morgan drop their things at the hotel room early Saturday morning.
